The USA Casual Kilt is for the "lazy guy" (after all, Rocky designed it) and for the person who wants a quality entry level kilt. It's for the highland athlete who doesn't want to look like "the guy in the skirt" around all those imported Scottish kilts.

Our Casual Kilt comes with tapered hips (to ensure a proper fit), belt loops (fit a standard 1.5 inch belt), and a Velcro closure system. With our Perma Pleat™ system, you don't have to iron it as often and when you do, it's much easier! Each kilt is HAND PLEATED to a particular pattern (either to the Sett or to the Stripe), not machine pleated.

USAK Casual Kilts are made from Poly Viscose (unless otherwise noted), which is an 11 oz machine washable fabric. The PV material we buy is coated with Teflon, so you don’t have to worry about spilling things on it.

Please Note: While there are no real rules about what tartans people are “entitled” to wear, if you are more comfortable wearing a “Universal Tartan” that was specifically designed for everyone, we’ve marked them with a ** beside the tartan names in the “Tartan Gallery”.
