What is It?
A Street Fair in downtown Phoenixville to celebrate
Celtic Heritage.
Who Is Going to be There?
Our daytime festival will have 20+ celtic vendors selling food and celtic
wares, The Brian Boru Bagpipe and Drum band, the Pride of Erin Irish dancers,
fraternal organizations (AOHs) and clan societies. On the stages during the
daytime event will be Oliver McElhone, The Mahones, Bogside Rogues and special
guest appearances by Scythian and Brother for an acoustic set during the day!
Bring your OWN intrument and join in the music at our "Sessiun Music Stage".
We'll have an area set up for musicians of ANY level to jam with other
musicians and for people to sit and listen. Bring your Fiddle, Tin Whistle,
Bodhran, Spoons or ANY instrument to the Sessiun Music stage and join in!
Our evening concert at the Colonial Theatre is going to be a great one...
Opening the show will be Angus and Digeridrew of the band Brother. The
headlining act will be the hotest band in celtic music, Scythian! Doors will
open at 6:30 and the seats are general admission. Tickets to the evening
concert will be $20 in advance (until May 1), $22 after May 1.
