Colored Kilt Hose

I was surprised with four pair of these hose for Christmas. Couldn't be more pleased with the product! They are warm in the winter and cool during warmer weather. They look just as great worn traditionally with flashes or "scrunched" down with my casual kilts. Comfortable and well fitting. These are simply just a great pair of kilt hose. (Posted on 5/3/12)

I'm not sure the issue that Stephen is referring to in his post. I have 4 pairs of these hose in different colors and they are all fine. I put them on 'right side out' and when I fold the top of the hose down (1 fold, not 2 or 3 folds), the good side shows. I've seen these hose elsewhere for $25 or $29.99. I expressed myself badly. What I meant was that the cuff on my two pairs of hose is such that the finished side shows before turning down. So, if I wear the hose inside-out, so that the unfinished toe, etc., is showing, I can have a turned down hose with the finished side showing. These two pairs are exactly opposite of my others, which have the cuff made to show its good side when folded down. (Posted on 11/30/11)

I have two pairs - ancient green and cream. They are well made, they feel good, they are nice and warm or cool enough as required. They wash up well. The only flaw is that the cuff is backwards: In order to have the outside of the cuff on the outside, I must wear the hose inside-out. Otherwise, the cuff shows its inside when folded down. That is no big deal. They are still a good value, and they look fine inside-out.

USA KILTS NOTE TO READERS: The cuff is inside out so that you can fold it over top of your flashes (and it will be "right side out") once you've pulled your hose up. (Posted on 11/28/11)

These are fine hose that provide excellent service at a very reasonable price. The largest size fits well on my calves, and I am a man with large muscular legs. i have had much more expensive hose be uncomfortably tight. (Posted on 11/16/11)

I own several pair of these kilt hose and find the value to be excellent for a very reasonable price. One color has many applications to complement wardrobe choices depending on the outing, but owning two or three colors increases your options exponentially. Properly pulled up with garters or flashes or scrunched down with rugged boots, these hose go great with any kilt outfit and always bounce back to original shape after a wash, without shrinking. I've owned mine for several years and worn them each dozens of times and they show no signs of wear. (Posted on 9/21/11)
