What we're about... our dedication to constantly improving USA Kilts is evident in the areas we give most focus:

 

1.  Speed:  Even if an order for a single pair of kilt hose comes in at 8 PM as we're closing up, we'll package it up and print out the shipping label so that it will be picked up first thing in the morning.  When an item is IN STOCK, we ship it out as quickly as humanly possible, which usually means within 24 hours.  We're hiring new people to keep our turnaround time down and we offer a "rush option" on kilts (where we have the material in stock).  We want to get you your product as quickly as we can... WE don't like waiting for things and wouldn't want to make YOU wait any longer than we have to.

 

2.  Communication and Responsiveness:  We hate when we email a company about a product and don't get a reply for 48 hours or 72 hours or longer!  To us, that's unacceptable.  We make it a goal to reply to all email inquiries, no matter how many, within 24 hours (usually within two or three hours).  If you have a question about a product, we'll take time out to answer it for you because your questions ARE important.  Likewise, if there's an issue with a product being in stock or a delivery timeframe on a specific item, we'll let you know that as well.  We want to keep you informed, so you're not left wondering.

 

3.  Quality for the price:  We won't necessarily be the "cheapest" kilt company in the world, but we WILL be the one with the best quality products for the best price.  When you buy from us, you can rest assured knowing that we offer the best quality products we can find for a reasonable price.  We won't carry "cheap" items you'll have to replace in a few months... We test all the products we have in the store ourselves (by test, we mean that Rocky gets to take one of each thing to wear for himself!).  Notice that some items, like our Kilt Jackets and Highland Shirts, have suggestions telling our customers that they "Run big... order 1 size smaller" or "They run small... order 1 size up"?  That's because we own the items ourselves and can make personal suggestions and give our own product reviews.  We really do live for this stuff.

 

4.  Customer Service:  A long forgotten phrase by many companies.... Simply put, we want you to have a great shopping experience with us so that you come back and tell your friends about us.  If that means making a fitting appointment in our shop at 7 PM after normal business hours, so be it.  If that means paying for return shipping because a button came off a jacket so we can re-sew it on and send it back out, we'll do it.   We want you to love shopping here almost as much as you love kilts themselves.

 

5.  Truth In Advertising:  We strive to make sure our product descriptions accurately describe our products and our pictures are detailed enough to show you what the product really looks like.  We feel that the easiest way for us to make sure our customers enjoy our products is to be accurate in our descriptions and not try to "pull the wool over your eyes" to make a sale.  We want our customers to understand exactly what they are purchasing so that they are happy with the product they receive.

 

We aim to be the best kilt company and "highland wear" company there is, bar none.  If you can think of any ways we can improve, we're open to suggestions!
