If you’ve shopped around for kilts and accessories online, you’ve probably seen several low priced shops with similar (but not necessarily equal quality) products. I would like to take this opportunity to point something out to the first time buyer… many of those products are NOT made in the UK / USA, but are in fact made in China and / or the Middle East.

Please note: There is nothing inherently wrong with products made in China or the Middle East.  Our point of view, however, is that we want to support the culture that we are perpetuating and promoting. In other words, since we’re selling products that are “Celtic” in nature, we believe that the products we sell should be made by “Celtic” artisans.

When you are going to purchase a product, please do not hesitate to contact the company and directly ask them where the product you intend to purchase was made. At USA Kilts, we will gladly tell you that all of our products are made in Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales, Canada and the USA. All of our kilts are made in the USA (by our staff) with materials from Scotland, England and Wales. We PROUDLY support fair trade practices and promoting Celtic traditions by offering products made in Celtic countries by Celtic artisans.

Likewise, many kilt sites you see may use 'stock photos' from other companies to sell similar products on their site.  We'd like to point out that we take all of our pictures ourselves of our own actual products.  You won't ever see our pictures on anyone else's website since we took them ourselves and own the rights to them. 

We want our customers to rest assured knowing that when they purchase something from USA Kilts, they are not only getting the best products we can offer at a price that’s affordable, but that they are supporting the culture that they are so proudly promoting.
