This Wool Tartan Stole measures 24" by 90" and comes with fringed ends (1 1/2" fringe) and sides (1/2" fringe), to allow it to more naturally drape when doubled over as a shawl collar.

The official VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States) tartan was designed in 2025 from the colors within the VFW Cross of Malta and stands for the values and heritage of the organization. Members wear the VFW tartan because of what it means to us. This is a symbol of pride in being a member of the US military, a member of the VFW or anyone that provides support, advocacy, and camaraderie for veterans and their families.
