This cross, found in Maughold, Isle of Man, has the circle in the center symbolizing God, the motionless mover. Although the wheel cross as a whole was originally a symbol of Christ derived from the Chi-rho monogram, it came to symbolize heaven. The interlaced knot work, so prominent on Celtic Crosses, represented the never ending eternal circle. This cross measures 6.5" high x 6.5" wide.
